每年的MTW，就像是一次大拜拜，各家販劍男子戲稱為"高裝檢"，宣布日期之後，就要開始想新梗，吸引目光。今天的主角，大家也不陌生，車主人稱仁哥，他的 BMW 325 E46 Touring ，更是本站已經上訴過了的常客(請見: [上訴] 不斷進化的 BMW E46 325 Touring (旅行車/Wagon))，這次他為了MTW 2017，弄了這個Turbo Fan輪框蓋。Turbo Fan輪框蓋，痞子之前也介紹過，請補課一下: 販劍人生: 簡單復刻你的BBS AERO COVER (Wheel FAN/MESH) [English Version] This is the handmade project done in Taiwan. A turbo fan wheel cover would be made, and we'll tell you how fantastic it is.
目前車上是經典的五爪框 Autostrada Modena。
We'll do it on Autostrada Modena.
設計就這樣，大部分解。一般人的盤面，是用印刷或是貼紙，但是要劍就要劍到底，Taiwan No.1!
This is the design. We use the 3d design for the plate, not only the decals.
車主的想法是，先不傷身，再講究販劍。設計成活動式的設計，先用厚紙板做出概念
Moc up first. It's not fixed attaching to the wheels.
擺上盤面
Moc up again. This is almost done for the design.
然後完成電腦設計圖
Finish the design by CAD.
所以是中心有一片，固定在輪框上，其他支架焊接上去。這每一片都是鋁製的。
So we attached the center hub, then weld other parts to the center rim. All the parts here are aluminum.
開始焊接

放上輪框看看，其實也超好看，很有 Alfa Romeo 2010年日內瓦車展概念車Bertone Pandion的感覺
Put it on first, and it turns out looking great thou. Kinda like the concept car announced in Geneva auto show 2010 from Alfa Romeo, "Bertone Pandion"

開始把盤面也焊上支架
Welding the plate.
這就是之後的盤面，不過我們之前說過，我們不會用印刷，會用兩層的形式，創造立體的花紋。
This is the base plate, but we won't use decals or printing to do the mesh pattern. We'll use two layers to do the 3D design to make it more stylish.
設計的好漂亮，根本是渦輪扇葉了。
Indeed a turbo fan.
網狀花紋，直接採用壓克力，金色的顏色配上有厚度的材質，所以整個會很有質感。
The mesh part. It's cut by laser and from acrylic glass. We painted it gold. Very stylish.
用螺絲鎖到第一層底板上。底板烤黑，所以對比起來很漂亮，也很有層次感。
Paint the base layer black, and use screws to fix the mesh to the base.
前後花費一個多月。完成，車聚式樣，而且以後盤面還可以更改花紋，真他媽太屌了!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Project done, with more than one month effort. We can change the wheel design later, COOL.
金色的網狀花紋，配上JPS (John Player Special)的塗裝，真的好帥好帥!!!
